This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through CHICHA San Chen Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”), including in-store purchases, online orders, and delivery orders, where applicable.

 

1. No Change of Mind Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (freshly prepared beverages and food items), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal taste preferences.

2. Faulty, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit where:

  • The product is faulty, contaminated, or not fit for consumption

  • You received the wrong item

  • An item was missing from your order

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery, providing:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (where applicable)

  • Order number, store location, and date of purchase

3. Delivery Orders

For delivery orders placed via our website or third-party platforms:

  • Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery partners, except where required under Australian Consumer Law

4. Store Credits & Loyalty Rewards

  • Refunds for eligible issues may be issued as store credit or loyalty points, at our discretion

  • Loyalty points, rewards, vouchers, and promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Expired rewards or coupons cannot be reinstated

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
